I call BS...
People are aware of the internet threats nowadays and they won't open attachments unless specifically told to do so.

There are many people that do open any and every attachment they get - no matter what. I send out email after email telling users to be careful and it never fails that one opens something they should not have.

Granted, I have many that now call me if they are suspicious about something, but there are still those few....
