Yes and no.
Seriously, I have to laugh when people imply that Microsoft just want to send out some piece of crap that?s going to tie up a fortune in programmers for years to come cooking up service packs and hotfixes. I guess you do not think Microsoft loves money, and that runs counter to just about anyone I have ever heard express an opinion about Microsoft and money.

Come on now, Microsoft would only get richer by the minute if the last dollar they spent on Vista development was in 2006, not still cranking out required patches and service packs in 2010. Honestly, when Microsoft doesn?t make something perfect, its not because they can make more money making errors that make them look bad and cost more money to fix, its not because they are doing their best but have the worst sloppy programmers there are, its because they cant. No body could. If you think that?s wrong and you could build Vista flwless and meet the consumers expectations that Microsoft has identified they wish to meet, then you should apply to Microsoft. Bill Gates likes to make money trust me, and if you are capable I know he will make you a rich rich man.
