It's not that easy.
I wish it was as easy as blocking IP addresses. We use the Spamhaus blacklist (sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org). And since we do not do business outside of the U.S. I also block entire country netblocks like China, Korea, etc.

But more than half of the spam we receive comes from infected Windows machines that act as spam bots. We can't block all mail from the big cable modem ISPs, and they won't disconnect their infected Windows customers.

So we block most attachments and keep SpamAssassin well tuned. SPF is our next step.
