Probably a bit of both...
... maybe a troll. That was one of the most irrelevant statements (his about IIS, not yours) I have ever seen on here. If it was relevant, why didn't he mention that MySpace is running ColdFusion, and that it seems like 90% of it's conent actually comes from the "outside" like YouTube and those survey sites?
