That is a consideration
However, my CIO isn't convinced on the issue. He is skeptical that a Linux based solution will be that much more secure. You may remember people, including myself, saying that some people put Linux in the same category as hacking and P2P file sharing. This is one of the PR challenges Linux faces and it won't be corrected by calling people who think this 'idiots' or 'morons'.
