Not Surprizing
I had used there software when I was under Time Warner-AOL who gives this to customer as part of their security suite. Once I installed it I could not uninstall. Their Teck-Support sent me instructions on the need to do so manually! Once this was completed I was only able to get to Safe-Mode after Scandisk was finished. I contact them again from my local Public Library and the responce came back a few days later again at the Library. To the effect that I must have done something outside of their instructions and there would be know other help offered and to speak to my site administratory. I am my site administrator, and what would I talk to my self about?

It took me many, many days to rebuild my system from Fdisk while having to cope with Dell Customer Support with an average wait time of 1.5 hours each call for hours on end only to have the call disconnected! Then I called and I was able to get through to Dell I was transfered all over the globe when all I needed was Hardware Support only having to start that call from the begining again! Over! And Over! And Over Again!

The bottom line gentlemen is support, real support is not forthcoming from either of these "Mental-Giants"! You would want to have a real site sdministrator before you deal with them in these subject becasue I"m done with them for ever!
