As long as Windows users use a trusted antivirus and firewall and keep it up to date they should have no problems.

As a Windows user here, I'm seeing alot of port probes coming from domains with the attack code and attacks from computers infected with the worm. So far I've been lucky. Hope my luck holds but I'm not worried.
