more "Google" deception of intent?

I have to agree with the concern that "yogeee" raised about an apparent endorsement of OpenDNS in your original article. Based on a level of credibility, I set up OpenDNS on my router. Functionally, I didn't really notice a difference in access (I have Comcast Broadband) but one day, several months ago, when I was having a problem accessing the net in general, I switched my settings back to the Comcast settings. There was no particular improvement either way, so I just left the settings back on Comcast. In the ensuing months, however, I continue to have attempts from "my" computer/router to contact OpenDNS' IP address. The latest of these is a log in my firewall (blocked) for a transmission from my router to 224.0.0.22 of type IGMP(typr:34)immediately following several attempts from my router to reach OpenDNS' IP address (208.67.219.40). When I first noticed this, I reset my router to no avail. The ongoing transmissions to 208.67.219.40 raise suspicions and this latest attempt to apparently be included in some multicast group I find very disturbing. The two may not be connected (even though the timing is very coincidental). I would appreciate any input someone can offer as to what I am actually looking at.
