- Help! anyone know where this one came from???

I ran into a Trojan/Spyware that hit my system recently. I have no idea where it came from (I am running the latest NAV, SpyBot, Adware, ect... always updateing these also)
The culprit is "ZZB.EXE" this was one hell of a bugger to get rid of.
Finally got rid of it with some varied utls I found searching google.
Anyone out there have any info they could pass along on this one???
