ISP and virusmails
over the past week I've been sending in total over 30 e-mails to the abuse-adress of my ISP with the question to stop them from arriving in my inbox.

WHY? because they were all supposed to have originated from support/administration etc. of my ISP. I feel they are to be held responsible for preventing this kind of pests getting through.
furthermore, if the ISP would do the rest of the scanning too (the antivirusindustry would crumble), the user would be safe.

sofar (I'm still running W98SE under 98lite with Netscape, ZoneAlarm and NO antivirussoftware) I've never been infected.

to click or not to click, that's the question!

education of the user, the ISP and the software-industry (not nescecarilly in that order) absolutely is key!!
