well ... I'm not so sure
I'm a Mac user and don't have access to a Windows machine right
now, but I seem to recall having several "tasks" open at once - all
browsers, IE where I had no choice - on the task bar. Double-click
on IE while it's running and a new task pops up. Now ... this may be
just another window opening - the implications are confusing.
I doubt multiple TABS is the issue - you can only ever see one
at a time. You CAN view multiple windows at a time -
which just might be the damning factor.
