Spammers and phishers winning
The spammers and phishers are moving to offshore registries, especially in China and Korea where no one ever replies or takes action when you point out glaring registration data errors.

Congress can write new laws all they want to, but first they have to get the foreign governments in line, which will never happen.

The USA funded development of the Internet, we should take back control. This is the only way we will ever control porn, spam and phishing.
