Wow if they are "musts" it must be that MS employee's don't read
them, or are they so diluted that an application calling home all
the time without warning the user is not considered a privacy
issue within MS?

Does this document even exist yet? We know that the SMB
protocol remains undocumented after more than a decade of
use.
