from a security expert. That's a reworded sentence crafted by a ZDNet writer, placed in bold to attract the reader to the article.

And you'll notice that the sentence is crafted to not say whether or not this is exclusive to Office, just that it affects Office. So my point is that in the end this article is incomplete, it leaves too many open questions. No mention is made of how IE or Firefox will execute the same Flash file. Maybe it is exclusive to Office, but you can't tell from the facts given in this article.
