Finally, a reasonable solution.
I know Microsoft simply hates to turn off a feature, but they finally made a wise decision on this one.

It was a good idea, but like Viruses and Spam, once the Scum of the earth got ahold of it and started to mis-use it, it became worthless.

BTW... If you provide support and are tired of walking users through turning this off manually, Steve Gibson has created a great little utility for this. You can get it at www.grc.com.
