While I agree
I must say that your, repayment plan is idiotic. They should not, and no court would make them, pay the full price of Windows back. However they should have to have to pay the price for used cpu cycles, electricity, and internet access which their spy-ware used. WGA uses my harddrive, my bus, my cpu, my ram, and time when it runs. I did not want it so it was forced on me. Therefore the used supplies should be returned. This is the same as if they stole from me.

Rant done.
