The problem with these types of exploits is that someone gets infected.
Then they send you a file before they realize that there's a problem.
Suddenly you're infected, too. Most of the thirty something Mac
OS9 viruses and worms were Office worms that affected Macs. The
old Word Macro virus was all over Mac networks even though it
really didn't affect Macs. Thankfully I very rarely use Excel, but
some people live and die by Excel. It's a great program. I still think
these security companies should not post examples of exploits on
the internet.
