PayPal phishing hole
I "got" the phishing e-mail. You can tell a non-PayPal email because the email is addressed to "Dear Paypal Member" rather than to your account name. Furthermore, the phishing attempt uses typical social engineering schemes: warning you that your account will be locked if you don't click a link to go to the PayPal site and update your account info. Finally, turning on email headers reveals the email is not from a PayPal mailer.
Remember the standard email rule: NEVER CLICK ON AN EMBEDDED LINK OR OPEN AN ATTACHMENT YOU DONT TRUST. Instead, retype the link into a browser; scan your attachment for viruses and worms. Better yet, use Yahoo or Google mail and don't host email on your PC.
