- MSN MESSENGER NEVER WORKS
- I have been *totally* unable to use MSN Messenger for the past couple of weeks, it keeps telling me the service is unavailable, and all Microsoft can do is "look into it"? Are these people for real, or have they been taken over by some Middle-Eastern terrorist group (since they have farmed out all of their tech support to that part of the world). This exporting of tech support is really disturbing, I could tell of a really bad experience with a Dell purchase, and trying to get technical support from several barely-English-speaking folks. This isn't what American technology is supposed to be about, people!!!
