That's what Dells says
We didn't pay for it however. We have two servers on Windows 2003 and one Windows 2003 RC1. According to DEll you need buy the RC1 if want to upgrade it. Not my area so I didn't care. Just passed it on to the guys who take care of licensing. In the end both server are the same now in dev and prod. If someone paid more then they did if not then they didn't. I do licensing of Windows products.

Now if it's Sun hardware and software that's my area.
