Money lost to cybercrime down--again

story very misleading: Only one small paragraph at the very end about all the cyber crime against individuals in regard to the data breaches from large and small businesses, government, universities, etc.

Between all the previous data breaches just since the ChoicePoint ?incident? alone till now, the numbers for individuals are staggering!
