Macs
Macs are fantastic. Best OS out there. My fiancee uses a MacBook Pro which I set up and maintain (actually it needs virtualy no maintenence at all).

I dual-boot with XP and PCLinuxOS. However, Linux does not meet all my requirements, while XP and OS X do.

A mere fact of life. What people here really should be informing readers of is how to secure the PC/Mac they are *using*. Ideological rhetoric is a waste of everyone's time.
