I opened that email a few days ago help

There isn't anything you need to do now. Yahoo will patch the problem soon. I would suggest that you never keep email addresses in an email provider address book. Keep it out of all Web related forms and programs. A Doc file in Wordpad works fine and isn't targeted by such things. That info is then available to you at any time whether on or offline, and not through any browser or web based program. This method can't stop a
full search for things on your HD, but isn't easy
to find by most of them targeting addressbooks.
It can prevent such type of worm from harvesting
email addresses from you.
