Just want to add the following...
if my car had this many problems and wasn't recalled or I wasn't compensated for the inconvenience I could sue legally and obtain said compensation. There is something wrong with the ability of a company to get away with such fraudulent activities.

And before any of you jump on me, let me reiterate I own a legal copy of Windows 2000 Professional so I think I would have the right to expect due compensation, if it was infected even after I took all precautions.
