I'm legal, but they wasted nearly an hour of my time
This is such a wonderful program...yeah right. I installed a firmware update for my hard drive, my computer rebooted, and all of a sudden I had to enter my registration code. Well, the system said I had already had my one automatic re-registration and that I was going to have to call. So, I go through their long automated telephone registration system, only to be told by the ever friendly automated voice that I was going to have to talk with a "real" person that I could hardly understand and could hardly understand me. Well, after an hour of this, I was finally up and running again. All this to use an operating system that I paid good money to use, just because I updated firmware on a hard drive. So, yeah check it 50 times a day, no problem, but report erroneous misuse and cost me an hour of my working time, big problem...they owe me money now as far as I am concerned. They pirated my time.
