ICS on Win9x???
Somebody's stupid enough to run an ICS using 9x?

The only time I saw an ICS run on a Win9x system, there were more blue screens displayed than SCADA displays. That was enough to convince me to subject myself to NT4.

And sometimes I still wake up in a cold sweat at night after another nightmare involving RSView32 5.0, KepServer and WinNT 4.0.

Oh the humanity.
