Fine and dandy, but . . .

. . . but hasn't that horse already been let out of the barn? I mean, it's not just the VA data that's gone into the ether but all citizen data in almost every state of the union. A recent CNN video cast on this issue was far more horrendous in scope regarding ID theft etc. that clearly explains the realness behind the VA incident. Laws, old or new, cannot hope to ever fix this problem - it's out there forever!

So I ask, "What ID theft when our own local state and federal governments are the source for releasing all our personal info out there for the taking - globally!!!" Check it out for yourselves and know, I mean really know beyond a shadow of a doubt that that "ID theft" horse not only has left the barn but has galloped out of this universe and it can't ever come back!
