Ass kissers
VA has alot of people most of them are there not for being bright but because they are veterans....a lot of the promotions to higher positions are political or because they kissed somebody's ass not because they are good or faithfull employees(typical gov office). With that menagerie of people is virtually impossible to enforce any data security law.......take for example the post office and all the mass murders....it could happen to VA too, anytime. Maybe the only solution is to contract the data services from the outside.
