here's the point...
Cayble. This particular guy got caught, and is now claiming repentance. That's all fine and good, right? Your opinions about the justice system are valid. But that has nothing to do with anything, because that's not the original poster's point. The point is, this guy did not repent of his own will, and therefore, his repentance may or may not be a lie. The fact that he is still profitting on his expertise in spamming (opening another company to combat spam) is a good indicator that he may, indeed, be lying. So, you ask yourself, given all the details in this story, do you really think this guy will not go back to indecent social behavior at the drop of a hat? I think it's probable he already has...
