About Time
I think that everyone hates spam and although I see this as a good start, It fall's short of adequate there need's to be some major internet email spamming initiative to make the email system more modern and filtered. I think if anyone caught spamming with out a "working" removal link should be fined. International spammers need even more punishment if there is spam caught coming from one nation to another their IP?s get suspended from international trade for 2 months. Then their government would have a good reason to find and take care of the spammers. Or as has been my contention for years there should be a tiered web system. A ?us.? Would be for the US and ?ru.? would be for Russia and ?as.? would be for Asia Ect. Ect. Ect. Then the mail could be filtered from the location markers. IE: ru.czec.mail.com would tell the mail server that the email is from Russia and give you the opportunity to filter from nations of your choosing. This would stop a lot of the scammer spammers from trying to obtain your account numbers, because a letter from Chase Manhattan would not be coming from Uganda or Malaysia or China. These mailboxes from international mail senders should be checked for proper marking making the mail fail if it doesn?t have proper letters vs. IP. International Bank Fraud should cost the nation of origin a 1 to 10 year suspension depending on the nature of the crime and restitution 2 times the amount taken plus 1 million for security enhancements to increase the amount of times these crimes get caught ahead of time.
