How many users have actually patched their
machines ?

Ready for this? All of them! Those users that don't know abou the Microsoft Update service are getting updated automatically. Microsoft sets automatic updates to download and install by default. Blaming Microsoft for people not knowing how to use a computer. Absolutely hilarious that line was. By that rationale is linux going to do the same? I can just see it now:
Newbie: How do I use this?
Linux jerk: RTFM n00b! Now go away before I /kb you in my IRC channel!
