Major ISPs unite in spam fight

OK, Spam blows, but..........: yeah yeah, I'm so sick and tired of hearing about spam and spam laws. Someone PLEASE explain the difference to me in spam and a TV commerical, an infomercial or a radio commerical, or a bill board, or a flyer stuck on my car or credit card offers in my mail box. BOO FRIGGIN HOO..

Everyone is so hyper sensitive about thier "personal " space and loading up MY computer with unwanted junk mails.. yadda yadda.. and they want someone else to take care of it for them in the form some toothless law. The ONLY way the law is effective is for the glactically STUPID to get caught and the feds step in and proudly announce the success of the new law. "See who we caught and what we did to them" .. Sheesh !!!!

I pay for an ISP just like everyone else. I filter and delete what I don't want. You want get rid of spam create an OPT IN list of your own. If you get a mail not in the list, dump it. Take responsibility for yourselves and quit trying to get someone else to wipe your nose for you.
