Great Idea - How do you do it?
"They just need to eliminate spam completely. That's the only solution!!"

This is tantamount to saying "they just need to eliminate all human conflict. That's the only solution!!" Wonderful idea. I know of no person who would be opposed to the concept of world peace. I just don't have a clue how to accomplish this.

Likewise, there is no one easy solution to spam. The Can Spam act is not perfect, or even close to perfect, but it beats the heck out of nothing. I only hope that these companies are successful in this lawsuit against known scum bags.
