- Not sure about Symantec in the corporate environment...

I use (and swear by) Symantec products for home use, but I don't like Symantec's Corporate edition. I spend a lot of my time uninstalling the client and manually cleaning the Registry before a reinstall because the thing has corrupted itself.
I find McAffee's corporate products much easier to administer, but I completely dislike their personal software.
However, I will say that Symantec made improvements by leaps and bounds with their corporate v10, especially when compared to v8.
