Envy?

Apparently you did not get the chance to try out the original Corporate 10.0, talk about a nightmare. I had 2 clients purchase it, got it installed, seemed to be working fine, until they sent email. The scanner would lock and not allow any email go outbound via exchange. Until they got out 10.0.1000 their recommendation was revert to the 9.x series. That was all fine and dandy until these clients who purchased the 10 series couldn't revert back to 9.x because they never purchased that version. I spent 2 days each on the phone with symantec, which is in itself a hassle. If you want corporate phone support you go to the site, fill out a form and wait for the numbers to be sent to you via email, that takes a day in itself. The support forums, my god, i thought the MS forums were bad, these take the cake. I saw questions galore over 10 and not one answer from anyone at symantec, posted my question anyways, what do ya know, 2 weeks later i received an email telling me there was a response. Needless to say, the response was worthless, other than them telling me a patch was coming, 10.1.2000. it finally got better after that, but that left a bad taste in my clients mouths.
