How?
They are a monopoly and aren't afraid to use their position to crush their competition. They've gotten off with consent decrees and cash and other settlements so far for their monopoly abuse.

Who knows, maybe the EU and South Korea decisions as they stand at the moment are opening a "window" where competition can have a chance of success.
