Strike Back at Spammers: I think it would be wonderful to have an e-mail function that would "Return to Sender" unaccepted and unopened.
As for letting these spammers get by with it, they couldn't do that on the telecom networks or the postal servcice without paying, so why should they get a free ride on the internet even if they are hijacking someone else's computer.
