Dangerous games because each force creates a contra-force.
If most of previous ?PC ZOOs? were not dangerous ? now it could be the opposite proportion.

Who will win? It?s not obvious.

For example, the U.S. looks like the strongest military force. But, for example, just Ukraine sold 100 suit-case nuclear bombs to unknown buyers. You can only guess ? are all of them in the U.S. or are a few missing?

There was enough radioactive material stolen from U.S. medical facilities to make all territory of the U.S. unsafe for living.

Maybe the World has lack on suicide bombers (delivery of the above ...)?
