Freedom of privacy is a myth
the Fourth Amendment talks about UNREASONABLE search and seizure. It talks nothing of data collection.

If an ISP collects data on everyone it services, then the 4th is not violated because of equal protection. Everyone is logged.

It will take a court order at that point for the DoJ to acquire those logs - so again, the 4th is not violated.

You, however, are being unreasonable in suggesting that everyone be given a free ride. I suggest that you stop driving your car, you never know when you might be hit by the beam of a robo-cap radar camera on the street corner even if you are not speeding.

The issue is the same by your logic. A police officer can scan your vehicle speed with a radar or lidar gun - but he won't know who you are or anything about you unless you are breaking the law. At that point, thanks to radar, he can pull you over and THEN get your personal information.

Same thing with this. No one is going to see these logs until a court order is issued.
