No wonder there programs don't work without admin rights.
Is it any suprise at all that so many things fail to work correct if a user doesn't have admin rights when their developers are almost always developing on machines where they have full admin rights? How can you fix the bug if you never run into it? Or even properly know what you need to consider when designing software which is supposed to be able to run without administrative rights when you are not well versed in running in such an environment?
