Since we are talking about Microsoft, don't you think that perhaps
they might be using Active Directory to administer their machines?
Assuming that is the case, any users that have admin privileges are
granted those admin privileges by the domain, and they aren't
going to be able to change local user accounts on the machine (like
Administrator).
