No they are not.
Lucky them. But OSS has to advertise to be known. I have given them a free alternative in the past and they insist on the MS product. If they have the OEM disk, I will install it. If not, I tell them to go get one from the store. People are resourceful enough to get someone to install it for them. Next time I went to their home, Office was installed from a burned CD. Now folks complain about product activation. They brought it on themselves.

I try to do that. They just don't care. All you can do is try.
