yup, that's the way
probably the best thing one can do about spam is to not reply to it, or even try to visit their "sender" siteor anything. It's just a complete waste of time, not to mention that fact that it may just be a ploy to get you to the site in the first place!

In any case, a lot of servers are now putting systems in place where spam is identified (probably based on content, volumes and headers). Believe it or not, it's keeping a lot of spam away from you - what reaches you is still a lot because there IS so much of it out there!
