Yep- its as simple as supply and demand
If I find out a company spams, i remove them from my mental list of companys I buy from. Unfortunately, I don't have a photographic memory.
Does anyone know of a web site that tracks/reports companys that spam? It seems to me if some of these big players (MS/Google/etc.) really wanted to combat spam they would expose them. We do it with child molesters.
If spammers are "exercising their free speech" and have every right to spam, and spamming is honorable, then they should be *proud* to have their company get *free advertizing* by being on a list of known spammers.
Spammer hall of fame, that's the ticket! Why, they could have their own emmy's and grammy's and be properly recognized and rewarded!
yeah, right! They know they're scum, that's why they aren't proud of it!
