The only solution is to hunt down the spammer, bust down their doors and knee-cap the bastards with a baseball bat!

And unfortunatly, the person swinging the bat is the one prosecuted because of this one statement, "Under Russian law, spamming is not considered illegal"

As long as countries like russia protect and harbor spammers (much like afganistan and pakistan harbor terrorists) these actions will continue unabated! The only solution is simple "hunt and kill"
