Uhh - right.
Yep, them folks in the UK, they're totally isolated. Thems live on an island, thems do. Totally cut off from the world, they've probably NEVER been exposed to ethical hacking material like books ("Hacking Exposed" series isn't available in UK, right?), Internet-based courses (they can't connect to the Internet cuz of all that water around 'em. Plus, they find the boat trips over here too cumbersome to attend classes here.

So this is a big breakthrough for 'em.
