You do not need law degree
I find it amusing in the USA that many think you need a degree in law to have your own interpretation that is not binding to court. Since when? Don't you have your own brain and common sense? Can't you read the same books as lawyers?

I am not a lawyer, but I can read Title 39 because drivers manual is simply piece of crap that dopes not say much and a first cop can stop you and make you scared. I am not scared because I have the same book cops use and I know whet they can or cannot accuse me of. High profile lawyer then is helpful to fight dummies in courts.

Now having said that laws are interpretted and can be interpretted in a twisted way. What I learned that interprettation frequently depends on size of pile of money one can build. I still wonder naive believers which I was one of them once.

NSA may be did not break the law according to one and according to other it may have broken. the fact is they are sneaking secretly info that people do not want to give up as human life is priovate and not public matter. Unfortunattly in the USA "public" and "social" are frequently two confused terms that many do not seem to understand difference.
