Dude, are you for real?
How do you put a warning on a appliance router entry page if they bought, lets say a linksys product. You can't so it has its own laws to deal with it for these shortcomings. It is closer to break and enter for the penalities are similiar. If you go around a name and password, it is illegal.

No they haven't. Otherwise every kid on the way home from school that takes a shortcut through your lot would be guilty of trespassing. If you want to enforce kids not to walk on your land, you have to have signs posted. I mean people do have to leave your land when you ask, but you cannot prosecute unless you have trespass signs or if he refuses to leave. They always claim they didn't know and it sticks because anyone can get lost.

This is a computer and hacking is illegal on computers that do not belong to you unless you were hired to test the system. Like I said he is a clever liar mixing the truth with BS reasons for doing so.
