Doesn't fly in court
You have to have a warning. Entering a password and user name is not enough. Funny thing is you can have the warning in a really obscure spot that most will not see it and have no password or user name requried and that is illegal.

You walk accross my property with out persmision they you have trespassed. I can't do anything if I didn't warn you not to do it via a sign for example but it's still trespassing. I don't have no trespassing signs but I still expect hunters ask permision before hunting on my property. If they trespass and I find out I ask them to leave. Chances are they won't get caught though since I don't go to the old farm very often.

This all lawyers for you.

Still this guy is guilty, he admits it. Give him what he has coming.
