justice?
I'd like to think this guys punishment will fit his crime and nothing more. I'm sceptical about the claimed damages. If he didn't change or break anything then where does our government get those numbers? If he took advantage of known security flaws then shame on us. If they were unknown flaws, are now fixed? If they're counting law enforcement time in discovering the breach and tracking him down then I say aren't they suppose to be on the job doing that anyway? I know the damage amount must reach a certain level before law enforcement will even become involved. Lets not fake it if its a case of our tech people being lazy or dumb enough to let him in.
